Abstract of ICSM2010

Abstract submission was closed on February 22.
Preliminary notifications of review results (accepted/rejected) were sent to the presenting authors on March 4. If you have not received the notification, please contact the Secretariat.

Please follow the guidelines below to submit your abstract. After submission, you can access and revise your data by logging in with your submission number and password.
Presenting authors who have submitted their abstracts are asked to register their conference registration number to establish associations between their abstract submission number and conference registration number. When you complete your registration, please return to this page and enter you registration number from here.

• The contents (title of presentation, name of author(s), affiliation(s)) input in the Online Submission Form are directly registered in the database through Internet, and will be used to make an abstract book, a program book and index.
• The input data cannot be changed after the submission deadline, January 29 February 21, 2010.
• The fields with are required.
• Fill in one form per submission.
• Please enter e-mail address correctly. All notifications will be sent to the presenting author by e-mail.
• Please read "Notice for online submission form" below for correct input.

New Submission

1. Click the button below. The submission form will be displayed.
2. Complete the form and upload a PDF file of your abstract.
3. Click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page.
4. After checking the information displayed, click the "Submit" button to complete your submission. A submission number will be issued (ICSM10-PXXXX).
5. An automatic e-mail confirmation with the submission number will be sent to the registered e-mail address once you successfully submit your abstract.
6. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact the Registration Desk at Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. by e-mail (icsm2010@or.knt.co.jp) or Fax (+81-6-6202-7921).
   Please take a note of the password you input and the issued submission number.
   You will need them for revisions of the submission data and abstract file.

Checking and Revising the Data

1. Click the button below. Input your submission number (ICSM10-PXXXX) and password. Your submission data will be displayed.
2. Revise the data and document file. Then, press the "Next" button.
3. After checking the information displayed, click the "Submit" button to complete your submission.
4. An automatic e-mail confirmation with your submission number will be sent to the registered e-mail address once you successfully submit your abstract.

Entry of Registration Number

1. Click the button below. Input your submission number (ICSM10-PXXXX) and password.
2. Enter your registration number (ICSM10-RXXXX) and click the "Submit" button. When you have multiple registration numbers generated by separate registrations for the conference, accommodations, and excursions, please make sure to use the number issued for the conference registration.
3. An automatic e-mail confirmation with your submission number and receipt number will be sent to the registered e-mail address. If you cannot complete the procedure due to errors in your name or registration/submission number, please contact the Desk (icsm2010@or.knt.co.jp).
