Online Registration

Online registration was closed on June 7, 2010.
Online reservation for hotels and excursions was closed on June 18.

Please follow the guidelines below to register for the conference, accommodations, and excursions. You will receive a registration number via e-mail for each registration procedure. Registration numbers are needed when you contact the Registration Desk with any inquiry, and also when you submit an abstract as a presenting author.

Guidance of Online Registration

  1. Click the button below. The application form will be displayed.
  2. Complete the information.
  3. Click the "Next" button at the bottom of this page.
  4. After checking the information displayed, click the "Submit" button to complete your application.
  5. An automatic e-mail confirmation with the receipt number will be sent to the registered e-mail address once you successfully submit your registration.
  6. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact the Registration Desk at Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. by e-mail (icsm2010@or.knt.co.jp) or Fax (+81-6-6202-7921).
  • Fill in one form per application.
  • The fields with must are essential.
  • Please enter e-mail address correctly. All notifications will be sent to the contact person by e-mail.
