Full Registration

Full Registration includes: attendance at all sessions during days from July 4 to 9, making one oral/poster presentation (a single participant is allowed for only one presentation; serving just as a co-author in two or more presentations is permitted), an abstract book, a set of conference brochures, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunches (July 5-8), and entry to the Welcome Reception (July 4).

Student Registration

Students Registration includes all of the same items as Full Registration. Students are requested to present either of the following certificates at the reception of the conference venue for confirmation of their fulltime studentship: 1) student ID, 2) official studentship certificate obtained from their University/Institute, or 3) certified letter signed by a supervising professor or a head of Department/Faculty. Name tags of students will be printed in a different color for identification. If you have any question about the studentship certification, please contact the ICSM 2010 Secretariat.

Retiree Registration

If you have retired and do not hold full-time employment at the time of registration, you may register at the Retiree rate. The Retiree Registration includes: attendance at all sessions during days from July 4 to 9, an abstract book, a set of conference brochures, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunches (July 5-8), and entry to the Welcome Reception (July 4). Please note that Retirees are NOT entitled to make a presentation (being a co-author of one or more papers is permitted). Name tags of retirees will be printed in a different color for identification.

Accompanying Guest

Registration as an Accompanying Guest includes: morning and afternoon refreshments, lunches (July 5-8), and entry to the Welcome Reception (July 4).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of cancellation of the registration and/or banquet tickets, you must notify the ICSM 2010 Desk by E-mail or Fax.

Please follow the the guideline below for cancellation;

• Cancellation requests must be made by June 10, 2010. We regret that no refunds will be possible for cancellation requests made after June 10, 2010.
• Due to incurring administrative expenses, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Banquet tickets will be refunded with no deduction by June 10, 2010. After June 10, no refunds will be possible as for the registration fee.
• All refunds will be made after July 14, 2010.
