Online reservation for hotels was closed on June 18.
Many comfortable hotels with easy access to the conference venue are located along with the subway lines in Kyoto City. Blocks of rooms at the following hotels have been reserved at special discounted rates for the period of July 3 to July 9, 2010. Participants are recommended to book a room through Online Registration Form. Please note that booking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and that conference prices are applied only when you make reservations online no later than June 18, 2010.

Prices (JPY) are room charges per night per person including a service charge and a consumption tax. Breakfast is available at an additional cost (except for The Westin Miyako Hotel Kyoto, in which the prices include breakfast). More details are shown in the Registration Form.

Payment
- Hotel reservations should be accompanied by payment of a deposit (10,000 JPY per room) and a handling charge (500 JPY per room), and the remainder of room charges should be settled directly at the hotel.
- Payment should be made in Japanese Yen only by credit card.
VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DINERS and JCB cards are available.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Cancellation must be submitted in a written notification (E-mail or FAX) to the Registration Desk to avoid any trouble.

- Refunds will be made after the conference period.
